Zachary Levey is Chief Executive Officer of Levoca, an impact finance advisory firm and specialist intermediary in outcomes-based finance that leads the Secretariat of the Outcomes Finance Alliance and Outcomes Accelerator. He has spent his career designing and structuring outcomes-based instruments across developing and developed markets, and oversees Levoca’s pioneering work on outcomes-linked finance for biodiversity, nature and oceans. Before co-founding Levoca, he previously served as an investment officer at the Inter-American Development Bank.
