Xavier is the Commercial Director at OCIM, focusing on Artisanal and Small-scale Mining supply chains. Prior to this, he spent over a decade at MKS PAMP, starting in the Legal and Compliance department and later moving on to a front position to become Head of Sales in 2019, covering all upstream and downstream clients. Earlier in his career, Xavier worked for a law firm and Ernst and Young in a Legal and Regulatory team dedicated to banks and financial intermediaries.
