Souleymane Ba is a Partner at LeapFrog Investments and Co-head of its Climate Investment Strategy. With nearly 20 years of experience, he has invested across industries including industrials, financial services, and agribusiness.

Before LeapFrog, he was a Partner at Just Climate, focusing on industrial decarbonization and investments like ABB E-mobility. He previously spent a decade at Helios Investment Partners, driving impactful investments in Africa. Souleymane began his career at Morgan Stanley, with roles at Warburg Pincus and Carlyle Group.

A Senegalese-British national, he holds degrees from Wesleyan University and Harvard Business School.
