Slawomir is a Partner and Investment Director at Solas Capital, specializing in Product-as-a-Service (PaaS) business models for over a decade.
At Solas, he is responsible for developing European markets and has successfully closed numerous key transactions, including financing one of Europe’s largest behind-the-meter solar PV installations. Previously, at Philips Lighting (now Signify), Slawomir designed and implemented the innovative Light-as-a-Service (LaaS) model, which became a benchmark for Product-as-a-Service solutions. This transformative approach allowed customers to access energy-efficient LED lighting through a subscription-based service, eliminating upfront capital investments while ensuring ongoing maintenance and upgrades.
