Chief Nature Officer - Lombard Odier
Marc Palahí is Chief Nature Officer at Lombard Odier Investment Managers (LOIM). He is an internationally recognised expert on forests, circular bioeconomy and global change, and has over two decades of experience in leading scientific initiatives, including serving as the director of the European Forest Institute. He played a pivotal role in advancing the Institute as a pan-European scientific policy platform and promoting the integration of knowledge into actionable initiatives at the intersection of science, policy, and business. Marc has made substantial contributions to the scientific community, contributing and co-authoring over 40 scientific publications. In addition to his role at Lombard Odier, Marc continues to lead the Circular Bioeconomy Alliance, established in 2020 by His Majesty King Charles III (formerly His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales).
