Eya Chemli is Director of Partnerships & Fundraising at Open Startup, a pan-African organization supporting entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems across Africa and the Middle East. She leads strategic partnerships and resource mobilization efforts, working with philanthropies, development partners, accelerators, venture capital funds, corporate venture capital teams, and ecosystem builders to strengthen innovation ecosystems and expand opportunities for entrepreneurs.

Prior to Open Startup, Eya was a Senior Manager at Deloitte Africa, where she advised governments, corporations, and development institutions on entrepreneurship, innovation strategy, and ecosystem development. She designed and managed initiatives aimed at fostering innovation, supporting high-growth ventures, and strengthening entrepreneurial ecosystems across the region.

With more than a decade of experience spanning innovation, entrepreneurship, and international development, Eya is passionate about advancing African innovation ecosystems and building partnerships that drive sustainable growth and long-term impact.
