Meet the Building Bridges 2026 Future Leaders!

The Future Leaders Programme is a structured three-day learning experience embedded within Building Bridges, bringing together early-career professionals from across finance, the private sector, public institutions, international organisations, and civil society. The programme creates a dedicated space for targeted learning, meaningful engagement, and exposure to the Building Bridges ecosystem.

This is a shared commitment to intergenerational inclusion, and an offer to our Founding and Event sponsors: to support bridge-building among future leaders who are connected across sectors, geographies and institutions.

Objectives of the Programme:

– Provide a structured, learning-led experience that gives early-career professionals meaningful access to the Building Bridges programme and ecosystem
– Enable curated engagement with experienced leaders, practitioners, and peers across finance, sustainability, policy, development, and civil society
– Foster meaningful cross-sector exchange through structured mentoring, peer learning, and facilitated dialogue
– Create space for participants to reflect on different perspectives, challenges, and approaches to advancing sustainable solutions
