Florian Weber

Academic Trainee - Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC)

Mr. Weber studied medicine in Zurich and Hamburg before completing a master’s degree in Development Cooperation and International Relations at ETH Zurich. During his studies, he worked in Tanzania as a Junior Professional Officer with a digital health NGO and wrote his thesis on revenue mobilisation in the gold mining sector. He currently works in SDC’s Economy Section, focusing on economic development and women’s economic empowerment.
