Co-Founder and Co-CEO - Seedstars

Alisee de Tonnac, is the co-founder and co-CEO of Seedstars, a Swiss-based group with the mission to impact people’s lives in emerging markets through technology and entrepreneurship. Seedstars connects stakeholders, builds companies from scratch with public and private partners and invests in high-growth ventures within these ecosystems. Seedstars group is present in over 90 countries with activities that include the largest entrepreneurship competition in emerging markets (Seedstars World Competition), the Entrepreneurship Forum for Emerging Markets (Seedstars Summit), physical entrepreneurship hubs (Seedspace), acceleration and growth programs (Seedstars Programs) and a venture capital fund (Seedstars Investments). She sits on several boards of companies and foundations in Switzerland and abroad and is also a member of the Swiss Innovation Council. He's a board member at DOB Equity, an Africa-focused impact investor, and founded Supernova, a sustainability management and reporting platform that enables investors to understand their impact and drive sustainable performance.

Frederic Hoffmann

Chairman - Unearthodox

Frederic Hoffmann is Chairmain of Unearthodox. Frederic Hoffmann devotes his time to supporting entrepreneurs in both non-profit and commercial organisations. He focuses on sustainability strategy, and enjoys working on innovative and cross-sectorial projects. He is chair of Unearthodox, an organisation that exists to address the deep-rooted causes of seemingly impossible challenges between people and nature.

Nicolas Muller

Head of Funds & Co-Investments - Blue Earth Capital AG

Nicolas Muller joined Blue Earth Capital in 2022 and has 14 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Blue Earth Capital, he worked as a Senior Investment Manager for Obviam AG, a Swiss impact investing firm, where he was responsible for fund investments, co-investments, and secondary transactions. Nicolas was a Principal at Capital Dynamics, a global alternative asset manager and was working as a Private Equity Analyst at the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations in Paris. Nicolas holds a master’s degree in asset management from the INSEEC Group and a master’s degree in corporate finance from the ECE.
