He spent two decades working in the mass-consumption, steel, and agricultural industries before beginning his venture capital career.

Gabriela Cibils

Gabriela Cibils is Partner at Cibersons. Gabriela, a second generation VC from Paraguay, is a Partner at Cibersons where she invests in founders and funds across the Americas. She’s a Board member at her family’s Family Office. A neuro and computer scientist from the University of California, Berkeley, Gabriela has 8 years of experience in Silicon Valley, working with VC Funds and artificial intelligence startups. She’s also Co-Founder and Board member at PARCAPY, and was recently named amongst the Top Women in VC by LAVCA.

Christos Mastoras

Founder & Managing Partner - Iliad Partners

Christos Mastoras is Founder & Managing Partner of Iliad Partners, a Venture Capital firm investing in early-stage technology startups in the MENA region, based in the UAE. Former entrepreneur (4x startups; 4x exits), angel investor, tech corporate operating exec (Yahoo Maktoob), and management consultant (Booz & Company, Accenture), with 23+ years of experience in tech in the US, Europe, and MENA. Actively been making VC investments in MENA since 2016, with a focus on early stage startups, including regional success stories such as Trukker. Investing in the tech enablement of MENA across logistics, mobility, fintech, proptech and edtech, at the Pre-Series A and Series A stages. Serve on several startup Boards, founding Board membersof the MEVCA, founding member of the Board of Advisors of MAGNiTT, and a mentor with Endeavor, MITEF, and Techstars. MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.S. in International Relations from Georgetown University.

Alisee de Tonnac, is the co-founder and co-CEO of Seedstars, a Swiss-based group with the mission to impact people’s lives in emerging markets through technology and entrepreneurship. Seedstars connects stakeholders, builds companies from scratch with public and private partners and invests in high-growth ventures within these ecosystems. Seedstars group is present in over 90 countries with activities that include the largest entrepreneurship competition in emerging markets (Seedstars World Competition), the Entrepreneurship Forum for Emerging Markets (Seedstars Summit), physical entrepreneurship hubs (Seedspace), acceleration and growth programs (Seedstars Programs) and a venture capital fund (Seedstars Investments). She sits on several boards of companies and foundations in Switzerland and abroad and is also a member of the Swiss Innovation Council. She was nominated Social Entrepreneur Forbes 30 under 30, Innovation Fellow of Wired UK, Europe’s most influential women in the startup and venture capital space and one of the 29 Powerful Women by Refinery29.
