Catalytic capital for Brazil’s deforestation-free agriculture.

CCAT (Catalytic Capital for the Agricultural Transition in Brazil) is a USD 200M blended finance fund managed by Vox Capital with The Nature Conservancy as Impact Advisor. Acting as a catalytic private debt fund, CCAT takes subordinated positions in third-party financial vehicles to de-risk and unlock commercial capital (1:4 leverage) for deforestation- and conversion-free soy, cattle and agroforestry systems in the Amazon and Cerrado biomes. Targets by 2030: 547,157 ha under sustainable management and 244M tCO2e avoided, with an impact-linked performance fee.

Investment & impact strategy: Catalytic private debt: subordinated positions (mezzanine/junior) in agri finance vehicles to unlock 4x commercial capital for DCF soy, cattle and agroforestry in the Amazon and Cerrado. Impact-linked carry tied to audited KPIs; TNC as Impact Advisor; 2020 deforestation cut-off.
