Cocoa Agroforestry Scale-up in Brazil.

The solution is a large-scale cocoa agroforestry project in Brazil (10,000 hectares).
The project’s primary revenue streams will be cocoa production and carbon credits. We have secured offtake agreements with Cargill for the cocoa and with Amazon for the carbon credits.
The first plantations are scheduled to begin by the end of 2026.
We are currently seeking co-investors for the project. The total investment amounts to 100M USD.

Business model description: A dual-revenue agroforestry model combining sustainable cocoa production with the generation of high-integrity carbon credits, creating resilient long-term returns while restoring degraded landscapes and improving smallholder livelihoods.
