With extensive experience in development and integration affairs in Latin America, Tomás has worked as an international advisor in public and private organizations, and has an extensive background in consulting and project management in gender and diversity, financial inclusion, impact investment with a gender focus and sustainable finance. At Pro Mujer, he has previously worked as Coordinator of the Gender Knowledge Lab and held the position of Project Manager in the Business Development department.
