Thi Hanh Cao
External Relations Director - DNDi
Thi Hanh Cao is the DNDi External Relations Director and heads the organization’s fundraising work. She has over 15 years of experience in social business and development, including managing microfinance institutions in Madagascar, Kosovo, and Afghanistan. Before DNDi, she oversaw operations and donor relations for FIDES AG, a Swiss microfinance firm focused on Africa. Fluent in French and English, she holds a Master’s degree from the Political Science Institute of Grenoble and a Master’s in Development Management from Paris Dauphine University.
