Raphaël Bucher

Raphael is 44 years old and currently responsible for climate policy design at the federal office for die environment. He studied economics, physics and political science and did his PhD on the socio-economic effects of unilateral climate policies at the University of Bern. His team is responsible for drafting legislation and seeing it through the Federal Council and Parliament.
