Raphael leads a portfolio of innovative finance efforts at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance. Raphael previously served as Advisor to Gavi’s Managing Director for Resource Mobilisation, Private Sector Partnerships, and Innovative Finance. Prior to Gavi, Raphael was a core member of the impact investing practice at the Bridgespan Group, a social impact consultancy. While at Bridgespan, Raphael supported clients across the capital spectrum, ranging from TPG’s Rise Fund, the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation Catalytic Capital Consortium initiative, and Co-Impact.
