PJ Stephenson

Research Fellow & Chair - UNIL & IUCN SSC Species Monitoring Specialist Group

PJ is an independent conservation and sustainability consultant who has been involved in environmental research and conservation for over 30 years. He is also a Research Fellow at the University of Lausanne and Chair of the IUCN SSC Species Monitoring Specialist Group. Since 2017, PJ has focused much of his work on tackling business sustainability issues. His research focuses on factors affecting the availability and use of biodiversity data, especially in the corporate sector. In collaboration with the IMD (International Institute for Management Development) he is currently implementing an E4S-funded project on voluntary biodiversity credits.
