Philip Kauders is CEO and Co-Founder of Courageous Land, the institutional platform for agroforestry. The company helps reforest degraded landscapes by planting biodiverse agroforestry systems that restore ecosystems while increasing income, biodiversity, and carbon sequestration. Courageous Land’s agroforestry intelligence platform helps structure, finance, and manage projects, while also selling the regenerative crops and carbon credits. The company has projects in Brazil and is expanding internationally. Prior to co-founding Courageous Land, Philip worked in investment management at Goldman Sachs in NY and Tarpon Investimentos in Brazil, plus led Latin America for technology unicorn LTK. Philip graduated Magna cum Laude from Cornell University and is a US and Brazilian citizen.
