Managing Director, Global Lead Sustainable Finance - Quantis

Natalie is Managing Director and Global Sustainable Finance Lead at Quantis, specializing in ESG and sustainability consulting for the financial industry. She brings six years of experience in sustainability advisory and, in her current role, supports financial institutions in measuring and reducing climate- and nature-related risks and impacts, setting science-based targets, and aligning with both voluntary and regulatory reporting frameworks.

With a decade of prior experience in the financial sector—particularly in wealth and asset management—Natalie combines deep industry knowledge with a strategic approach to integrating sustainability into financial decision-making. Her expertise spans environmental accounting (GHG Protocol, PCAF), net zero strategy development (SBTi, IEA, IPCC), and climate and nature-related risk assessments (TCFD, TNFD). She also brings strong regulatory insight across ISSB, CSRD, SFDR, EU Taxonomy, and green bond frameworks, supporting clients in ESG reporting and impact assessment.

Natalie joined Quantis from South Pole, where she led the global sustainable finance advisory team. Previously, she worked as a Senior Investment Consultant at Mercer, advising institutional investors on ESG strategies. She currently serves as Deputy Chairwoman and CFO of the Forum for Sustainable Investments (FNG). Natalie holds a Master’s in Accounting and Finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Sustainable Finance from the University of Zurich (UZH).
