Nadia Kouassi Coulibaly is the Head of Research Analytics at AVCA – the African Private Capital Association. She brings 16 years of experience across private equity and venture capital, with the last five years dedicated to analysing and shaping narratives around private capital development in Africa.

At AVCA, Nadia leads the organisation’s research and analytics function, overseeing the production of market intelligence, industry datasets, policy‑relevant insights, and strategic knowledge outputs that inform global and African institutional investors, policymakers, and development partners. Her work supports AVCA’s mission to champion and enable private capital investment across the continent.

Before joining AVCA, Nadia served as Head of Research at France Invest, the French Private Equity and Venture Capital Association. There, she played a pivotal role in developing benchmark market studies, guiding industry advocacy, and strengthening the evidence base used by investors, regulators, and media stakeholders in France’s private capital ecosystem.Nadia holds an MSc in International Economics from Paris Dauphine University.
