Martin has over 20 years’ experience in the climate and environmental investment sector, with a focus on natural capital and carbon finance. He is the CEO of Climate Asset Management, a joint venture between HSBC Global Asset Management and Pollination, a specialist climate change advisory and investment firm. Martin leads the strategic vision, operations, and growth of the company, which has raised over $1 billion across its two investment strategies from both institutional and corporate investors. Previously, Martin was a Partner at Pollination, where he helped finalise the partnership with HSBC in 2020.
