Luke Hodgkinson is Co-Founder & CEO of Adia Thermal, building the operating layer for residential heat pumps to convert urgent boiler replacements into low-cost, fast heat pump installs that work in any home. Prior to Adia, Luke led product development for Fenix Intl. with a range of off-grid solar products, now in 1M+ homes across Africa after its acquisition by ENGIE. He then scaled ENGIE’s Mozambique operation as MD to 200 people and 100,000 homes electrified.
