Head Responsible Investment & Initiatives - Swiss Re

Lina Terei is Head of Responsible Investing & Initiatives at Swiss Re, where she leads the firm’s responsible investment strategy and key sustainability initiatives across its global asset management platform. She brings nearly 20 years of experience across asset management, corporate strategy and financial markets, with a focus on translating sustainability objectives into investment practice.

Prior to her current role, Lina held several senior positions across Swiss Re Group, including Head of the Financial Markets Programme and Senior Manager in Group Strategy. She began her career in M&A advisory at Deutsche Bank in London and Zurich, advising on transactions in the European utilities and energy sectors, with a particular focus on infrastructure assets.

Lina holds an MSc in Financial Economics from BI Norwegian School of Management, a BSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, and is a CFA Charterholder.
