Laurène Descamps

Co-Director - One Planet Lab

Laurène Descamps is the Co-Director of One Planet Lab, a Swiss think-and-do tank dedicated to an economy and society that operate within planetary boundaries. There, she coordinates a network of over 120 organizations and is responsible for developing and implementing multi-stakeholder experiments and pilot projects.

Previously, she led the Zurich hub of Circular Economy Transition, a Switzerland-wide initiative to promote the circular economy. As a multi-award-winning changemaker (including Forbes 30 Under 30), she operates at the intersection of activism, community building, and stakeholder engagement, bringing together actors from civil society, business, academia, and politics to drive systemic change.
