Kamil Sparenberg
Growth Manager - Co-reactive
Kamil Sparenberg is Growth Manager at Co-reactive, a climate-tech company scaling CO₂ mineralization solutions for the cement industry. He focuses on bringing industrial decarbonization technologies from the lab to commercial deployment, combining expertise in process engineering, climate-tech finance, and project development. Before joining Co-reactive, Kamil was part of the investment team at World Fund, one of Europe’s leading climate-tech venture capital funds, where he supported investments and company building across emerging climate technologies, with a particular focus on hard-to-abate sectors and carbon dioxide removal. Kamil holds an M.Sc. in Process Engineering from ETH Zurich and gained research experience at MIT focused on climate technology applications within chemical engineering. He earned a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from RWTH Aachen University and completed additional studies at Carnegie Mellon University. He is a scholar and alumnus of the German Academic Scholarship Foundation (Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes).
