Kali Taylor is leading the implementation of Building Bridges Week 2021 as Project Manager and is known for wearing many hats in the Geneva sustainability community. In her role as a policy advisor at the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD), she has led the Geneva 2030 Ecosystem for the last four years and helped to create the SDG Lab at UN Geneva. During this time, the Lab has become a key player in facilitating collaboration and partnerships for the SDGs.
Kali was a founding member of the organizing committee of the first edition of the Building Bridges Week in 2019, where she worked with over 52 event partners to run 31 unique events. Given her deep involvement in the initiative from day one, she is well-placed to take Building Bridges Week to the next level.
Prior to coming to Geneva, Kali co-founded and led a global youth NGO, Student Energy, that engages young people in the energy transition and climate progress. She has also worked in the energy industry on climate strategy, environmental management, and new ventures.
