Joanna O’Malley works as Partnerships Manager at NatureFinance, where she leads external partnerships and stakeholder engagement to support the development of scalable, nature-positive finance solutions. She works across NatureFinance’s global portfolio, connecting governments, financial institutions, and innovators to advance practical approaches at the intersection of nature, climate, and finance.

Joanna has held several roles at NatureFinance across events, communications, and initiative management, contributing to the organisation’s stakeholder engagement and partnership development efforts. She also serves as an Expert Advisor to The Earthshot Prize, supporting the evaluation of emerging environmental solutions.

She holds a Master’s degree in Climate Change: Policy, Media and Society and a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology, with a focus on biodiversity and conservation.
