Hélène Henry-Prince is a Partner at Astanor, the pioneering European impact fund dedicated to the agrifood transition, with over some fifty investments transforming the value chain from farm to fork. Within Astanor’s private equity team, she leads the Astanor Growth strategy, backing entrepreneurs who develop innovative solutions in regenerative agriculture, nutrition and preventive health.
Before joining Astanor, she spent 13 years at Tikehau Capital in private equity, where she led growth and buy-and-build transactions and served on numerous boards (Biobest Group, Ekimetrics, Claranet, Propriétés-Privées.com, among others). A recognised figure in the financial ecosystem, she was named to the Choiseul “Finance de Demain” ranking in both 2025 and 2026, which distinguishes the leaders set to shape sustainable finance over the coming decade.
With deep expertise in value creation, international scaling and ESG integration, she is helping to build a food system that is more resilient, healthier and more respectful of natural resources.
