Haki Pamuk is a senior researcher at Wageningen Social and Economic Research, the applied socioeconomic research institute of Wageningen University Research. His research focuses on the causal effects and cost-effectiveness of food system interventions, and on how to finance them. He is co-leader of the public and private sector partnership project BiROFin – Biodiversity Related Risks and Opportunities for the financial sector, which investigates the global macroeconomic effects of ecosystem services loss (pollination, soil quality, surface water quality and quantity) and how to abate those losses.
