With his wife, Tatiana, he co-founded Pulpería Quilapán, a B Corp-certified restaurant employing individuals with disabilities or other abilites, and Kozak Buvette, showcasing Ukrainian cuisine with a sustainable, 100% local and organic approach. Grégoire serves on the board of regeneratif Ltd, and is a member of various impact networks Effective Altruism, Impact Hub, MIT Solve, TTI, Mouvement Impact France, Impact for Breakfast, TBLI Circle, Regeneration, Doughnut Economics Action Lab, DIONZ, Founders Pledge, CSP, Toniic, Generation Pledge, and The ImPact.
