She is the founder and CEO of DIONZ, an organization dedicated to guiding conscious, impact-driven, multi-generational individuals in achieving personal realization, driving systemic change, harnessing transformative technologies, and optimizing capital allocation for positive impact. Previously, she served in the CEO’s Office at Palantir Technologies and was a senior US and UK-qualified wealth management lawyer at Baker McKenzie, on the partner track by age 33. Elena is a graduate of Le Rosey, Warwick University, King’s College London, and an alumna of Harvard.
