Dr. Kavita Singh

Dr. Singh is a senior medical professional with expertise in healthcare product development and the Indian R&D ecosystem. With extensive experience across the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, government, and not-for-profits, she has led technical teams and engaged with diverse stakeholders globally. As Mission Director of India’s National Biopharma Mission at BIRAC, she advanced biotech innovation with World Bank support. Previously, she directed vaccine development programs and led first-in-human trials for novel malaria vaccines. Dr. Singh has held senior roles in business development and medical affairs at leading companies. She holds an MBBS, MD in Microbiology, and postgraduate qualifications in management and epidemiology.
