Dara Alami is a Palestinian business leader, CPA, and CEO of Rift Valley Farms, one of Palestine’s leading agricultural and food export companies. With a background in audit, finance, corporate governance, and strategic investment, she brings a strong financial and operational perspective to the agricultural sector.

Before leading Rift Valley Farms, Dara worked in assurance at EY, where she advised high-growth and international clients, and later served as Group CFO of Jerusalem Cigarette Company PLC. Her experience spans financial reporting, restructuring, investment planning, international trade, and corporate development.

At Rift Valley Farms, Dara is focused on building a vertically integrated, export-driven agribusiness rooted in quality, traceability, food safety, and farmer profitability. Under her leadership, the company has expanded its post-harvest capabilities, strengthened its international market presence, and developed a growing brand that connects Palestinian agriculture with global consumers.

She is passionate about creating long-term value through sustainable farming, women’s participation in the workforce, fair partnerships with farmers, and positioning Palestinian products competitively in international markets.
