Chantal Bourquin

Head of Communications - Fondation Genève Place Financière

Chantal Bourquin holds a degree from the Graduate Institute of International Studies and a postgraduate diploma in public relations from the Swiss Institute of Public Relations. She spent three years with SGS Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS) where she was in charge of external communications projects. In 2001, she joined the Geneva Private Bankers Association and the Swiss Private Bankers Association, and subsequently the Association of Swiss Private Banks, as head of communications. In this role, she was responsible for media relations as well as internal and external communications.

As head of communications and executive officer of the Geneva Financial Center Foundation since 15 September 2014, she is in charge of its communication initiatives. This role also involves managing all public relations issues related to the Foundation. As a communications specialist, she also sits on several committees and working groups of the Swiss Bankers Association.
