Caroline Putman Cramer

Director Romandie - Swiss Sustainable Finance (SSF)

Caroline Putman Cramer joined SSF in August 2025 as Director Romandie. Besides membership engagement and working to expand the network in Romandie, Caroline also leads work on the social aspect of sustainability and contributes to efforts on stewardship. Prior to this, she worked in Lombard Odier’s Stewardship team as Engagement Manager, encouraging investee companies to accelerate or enhance their climate strategies, manage or prevent controversies, and address their exposure to Human-Rights related risks..

Previously, Caroline had a career in the humanitarian sector, for the most part working for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). As an employee representative sitting on the ICRC Pension Fund Board, Caroline advocated for and contributed to the first Responsible Investment charter of the Pension Fund.

Caroline has an LLM in International Law. In addition, she has also completed a DAS in Corporate Social Responsibility; a CAS in SDG Investing, the CFA Certificate in Sustainable Investing and most recently the GARP Sustainability and Climate Risk certificate.
