Antoine Amiguet is a partner in the Banking & Finance department of the law firm OBERSON ABELS SA.
Antoine Amiguet graduated from the University of Lausanne in 1997 and was admitted to the Swiss Bar in 2000. In 2003, he earned a LL.M. at the New York University School of Law. In 2005, he was admitted to the New York Bar. After having worked in several law firms in Geneva and Zurich (2003-2016), he co-founded the law firm OBERSON ABELS SA in 2016.
For more than 20 years, Antoine Amiguet has been advising Swiss and non-Swiss financial institutions (in particular banks, asset managers of collective investment schemes and pension funds) on Swiss banking and financial regulations and on data protection regulations. Antoine Amiguet is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars. In particular, he lectured the legal aspects of sustainable finance at the Haute école de gestion de Genève (DAS in Sustainable Management). For more than 10 years, Antoine Amiguet was also member of the Executive Committee and Vice-President of Sustainable Finance Geneva (SFG), the entity that promotes the Geneva financial center in the field of sustainable finance. He is also a member of several working groups of the Swiss Funds & Asset Management Association (SFAMA).
