Amanda Radstake
Senior Project Manager - Climate Adaptation and Finance - Global Infrastructure Basel Foundation (GIB)
Amanda Radstake is a Senior Project Manager Climate Adaptation and Finance at GIB since September 2023. Her work sits at the intersection of nature-based infrastructure and finance, exploring how nature-based solutions can be implemented at scale and how they can be funded and financed over the long term. She also focuses on resilience and insurability of infrastructure, and the role insurance can play in enabling climate adaptation.
Prior to joining GIB, Amanda worked in sustainable finance and risk management in the Swiss banking sector, advising front-line teams on the classification of sustainable finance products (i.e., green, social, blue bonds and sustainability-linked loans), while ensuring alignment with evolving sustainability frameworks, industry guidelines, and regulatory taxonomies.
Amanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s in Public Administration specialising in International and European Governance from Leiden University.
