Head of Blue Carbon - Fair Carbon

Alexia is Head of Blue Carbon at Fair Carbon, where she leads the strategic development and implementation of Fair Carbon’s two flagship products: the Blue Carbon Academy (BCA) and the Blue Catalyst Fund (BCF), offering structured capacity building, expert technical support and catalytic early-stage funding to fast-track high-integrity blue carbon projects towards investment. Alexia has a previously held roles at the World Economic Forum, where she led a range of nature- and biodiversity-focused initiatives; and McKinsey & Company, where she advised clients on sustainability and development. Alexia has also previously co-managed the Partnerships for Forests program (P4F) in East Africa.
