Benjamin has 13 years of impact investing experience. As Head of Impact and an Investment Committee member at Impact Finance, he has overseen $416 million in disbursements since 2011, supporting high-impact food value chains. He developed the Kharmax Impact Monitoring System to track portfolio impact. Benjamin serves on the board of Stellar Impact, the private equity arm of a Belgian family, and is a jury member for the IMD-Pictet Sustainability in Family Business Award. Following the Firmenich-DSM merger in 2023, he co-founded Anaïs Ventures with his siblings, a family investment firm focused on Independence, Impact, Families, and Excellence.
