Marie-Laure Schaufelberger

Head of ESG and Stewardship - Pictet

Marie-Laure Schaufelberger is Head of ESG and Stewardship for the Pictet Group where she drives corporate strategy for the Pictet Group’s Responsible Vision across investments and its own assets. She is also President of Sustainable Finance Geneva. Ms. Schaufelberger began her career at Pictet in 2007 in the media relations and public affairs team where she was also responsible for Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. In 2014, she joined Pictet Asset Management’s Thematic Equities team as a Product Specialist, covering business development and client portfolio management across several environmental and social thematic impact strategies. Ms. Schaufelberger holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Geneva Graduate Institute and is a CFA charter holder.

Sarah Djari

Member of the Investment Committee - The Sanitation and Hygiene Fund

Sarah Djari is a finance professional with 2 decades of experience in strategy consulting, private equity in microfinance and women-focused financial institutions. Having previously worked at Bain, ICICI & Bamboo Capital, she is now putting her talents to work at responsAbility Investments and as the Vice President of the GLIS.

Fabienne Fischer

State Councilor, State of Geneva

Fabienne Fischer is a lawyer and politician belonging to the Green Party. She was elected on 28 March 2021 to the Geneva State Council and is currently State Councilor in charge of the Department of Economy and Employment. Ms. Fischer became a City Councilor in 2011. She was also a member of the board of directors of Geneva Airport, as well as vice-president of the board of directors and chair of the real estate committee of the Hospice General. Ms. Fischer acted as a teacher in social sciences at Collège Rousseau and was a partner at BM & Avocats. She has a law and a history masters from the University of Geneva.

Anita Bhatia

Deputy Executive Director for Resource Management, Sustainability and Partnerships - UN Women

Anita Bhatia is the Deputy Executive Director for Resource Management, Sustainability and Partnerships at UN Women. Prior to joining UN Women, Ms. Bhatia had a distinguished career at the World Bank Group, serving in various senior leadership and management positions, both at Headquarters and in the field.

Chief Market Development Officer - GSG

Krisztina Tora is the Chief Market Development Officer for the Global Steering Group for Impact Investment where she supports the development of the global impact ecosystem through National Advisory Boards. Prior to GSG, Krisztina co-founded and led the Global Social Entrepreneurship Network.

Diana van Maasdijk is the Co-Founder and CEO of Equileap, the leading provider of data and insights on gender equality in the corporate sector. Prior to launching Equileap, Diana worked as Head of Philanthropy at ABN AMRO Private Bank and Director of Development at Mama Cash, the world's oldest international women's fund.
