Financing climate-smart agro SMEs.

GROW Fund I is a $50 million blended finance fund providing primarily flexible debt to climate-smart agro-allied SMEs across West Africa. The Fund targets underserved businesses operating in food security, export-oriented value chains, circular economy, clean technology, and Make-in-Africa sectors. Leveraging Néré Capital’s proven track record and regional deal flow, GROW combines capital with hands-on technical assistance to strengthen performance, resilience, and market access while generating measurable economic, social, and climate impact.

Investment & impact strategy: GROW provides flexible debt and selective minority equity to climate-smart agro-allied SMEs in West Africa. The Fund combines capital and technical assistance to strengthen food systems, create jobs, increase local value addition, and improve resilience to climate and market shocks.
