Subscription-base electric infrastructure for last mile industry B2B2C.

MOBI is a subscription-based electric motorcycle and battery-swapping infrastructure platform with embedded fintech, reducing last-mile riders’ operating costs by 40% and fully integrated with leading last-mile platforms. We are seeing strong early traction with 100% user retention across our active rider base, a waiting list of over 500 units in Lima, and demand consistently outpacing supply. As we scale operations in Peru, we are preparing our soft landing in Colombia as the next step in our expansion.

Business model description: MOBI is an embedded-finance and electric mobility platform for delivery riders in Latin America. It provides electric motorcycles, financing, batteries, charging, maintenance, IoT and support, while keeping control of key infrastructure and generating recurring rider payments across LatAm at scale.
