Building Pacific climate resilience through regenerative SMEs.

Matanataki Pacific Fund 1 is a US$50m blended finance impact fund investing in reef- and ocean-positive Pacific SMEs in waste, agriculture, fisheries and tourism to build coral reef and community climate resilience. We deploy ethical risk capital and deep change-management support, prioritising women-centric, 2X-aligned businesses and self-liquidating structures that keep long-term Pacific ownership while delivering robust, risk-adjusted returns for investors.

Investment & impact strategy: We invest US$50m in 10–15 reef- and ocean-positive Pacific SMEs in waste, agriculture, fisheries and tourism, using tailored equity and quasi-equity and active ownership.
