Innovative Finance Portfolio Lead - World Food Programme

Radek is an Innovative Finance Portfolio Lead at the World Food Programme (WFP) with experience in impact investments and innovative finance. He is responsible for the design and structuring of financing mechanisms and development and implementation of innovative finance strategies. He currently focuses on World Food Invest, a WFP-sponsored initiative using systems approach to unlocking investments for local agri-food businesses that contribute to stronger food systems and improved food security.

In his previous role as Associate Director at Palladium Impact Capital (formerly known as Enclude), he supported and led capital raising and M&A transactions mobilizing over USD 175 million in impact capital, structured transactions and facilities in support of impactful business, and created business and fund strategies to create impact at scale.
