Yasmine Hamraoui is an impact investor with over 15 years of experience across impact investing, development finance, entrepreneurship and innovative finance. Her work focuses on mobilising capital for sustainable and inclusive growth, particularly across emerging markets and the Blue Economy.
She has worked across investment, crowdfunding and microfinance. She is currently Partner at ForSea Invest, an ocean-impact investment vehicle focused on early-stage ventures, and leads the Blue Capital Stack at OceanHub Africa, where she works on innovative and catalytic financing mechanisms.
Yasmine is particularly interested in the intersection of financial innovation, impact and real-economy transformation, and in designing capital solutions that are fit for purpose.
