Sébastien Boyé is Co-CEO of I&P, alongside Jérémy Hajdenberg.

A pioneer of impact investing in Africa, he joined I&P in 2002, when the project was still in its early stages, and has since contributed to making it a leading player in financing African SMEs. After supporting the first companies financed as an Investment Officer, he went on to head I&P’s direct investment activities, before being appointed Deputy CEO and later Co-CEO.

His career reflects a constant commitment to putting finance at the service of African entrepreneurship, mobilizing both private and public capital to address the continent’s major economic, social, and environmental challenges.
