With over 10 years of experience working for top tier public and private institutions (EU, French MFA, Consulting & VC…), Julie has spent +15years in Africa and specializes in Programme and Partnership management, financial due diligence, and research. She has a strong network in Impact Entrepreneurship across Africa, MENA, and Europe.

At Catalytic, Julie is in charge of managing the Canopy Trust programme, offering blended finance solutions to attract private sector investments to limit deforestation and support socio-economic development in Central Africa.

Julie is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. She holds a Master in Public Administration and International Affairs from Sciences Po Strasbourg (2014) and a Corporate Finance Certificate from EDHEC Business School (2024). She is also a Dream VC Investor Accelerator Venture Fellow (2024 cohort).
