Mr. Mario is a Brazilian Economist and Partner at AGBI Real Assets, where he has led the structuring of the company’s regenerative agriculture funds, which generate value from land transformation, carbon credit generation, and increased agricultural productivity. AGBI’s Fund III is Brazil’s first agricultural fund with a second-party opinion (SPO) as an Article 9 Dark Green

He has held roles as Special Advisor for Brazil’s Ministry of Regional Development, member of the São Paulo Federation of Industry’s Strategic Affairs Council, and a counselor for the São Paulo City Climate Action and Policy Council; he focuses his expertise on green finance & agriculture, bridging public policy & global capital. Currently, he is leading AGBI’s global expansion from its recently inaugurated Abu Dhabi office.
