Hermance is a sustainability professional currently working as a Strategic Partnerships Lead at Earthworm Foundation, an impact-driven nonprofit that collaborates with businesses, civil society, communities, governments, and others to address environmental and social challenges within sourcing landscapes and supply chains. Previously, she spent 15 years at Pernod Ricard, a global leader in the spirits industry, where she held roles across Public Affairs, Communications, and Sustainability. Throughout her career, Hermance has championed multidisciplinary approaches and fostered collaborative, multi-stakeholder dialogue to drive positive impact. She holds degrees in Philosophy, Political Science, and Chinese from institutions in Paris and Berlin, as well as an Executive MBA from IMD in Lausanne.
