Ophélie Mortier is a Belgian ESG expert and strategist with over 20 years of international experience in asset management, responsible investment, and corporate governance.
Working at DPAM, the asset management arm of Indosuez, globally recognized leader in sustainable investments, three time awarded as number one RIBI index (RIBI 2026 – Responsible Investment Brand Index (RIBI)), Ophélie focuses on international markets and sustainability challenges. She is responsible for developing the organization’s ESG approach and driving its strategic business development.
DPAM has been a pioneer in sustainable investments, with a country sustainable model since 2007, with a strong expertise in Climate finances, Social human rights diligence, impact themes and aligning its ESG research with its active shareholder responsibility and targeted engagement initiatives.
As Executive Director and Board Member, Ophélie serves as Chief Sustainable Investment Officer, leading her organization’s sustainability strategy and broader business development on a global scale.
A certified independent director and associate member of Women on Board Belgium, she also holds the Chapter Zero/Vlerick Climate Journey Certificate.
